Last week I had the pleasure of attending Torrid’s first ever runway show during NYFW. It was a sea of beautiful and fashionable plus sized women and I absolutely loved it. I know there have been thousands of blog posts about it, but I wanted to show you guys my absolute favorite looks from the show.
So, obviously you can see a trend. Maxi dresses with a cropped jacket is my go to look for this fall. I’m loving their romantic flowy fabrics and soft prints with the hard edge of the moto jacket- it’s the perfect balance!
A lot of their collection was filled with typical Torrid style; corsets and black lace, but I’m really excited to get my hands on a couple of these maxi dresses!
I actually fit right in with the show in my look from the day. I wore my favorite maxi dress that I’ve written about before.
Overall I was incredibly happy with it. The music was bumping and the crowd was loving it. Such an incredible NYFW filled with plus bodies. The most ever plus size models walked the runways this year and it’s just so incredible!
