I absolutely love following hundreds of different fashion bloggers and getting inspiration from them. Often times I find myself pining for their outfits only to realize that none of the items they’re wearing will come in my size or budget.
I’ve followed Danielle Bernstein of WeWoreWhat for a while, She posted a photo the other day and I loved her outfit so much– I HAD to recreate it. And I recently purchased the perfect top to do just that!
I found this adorable top a couple weeks ago at Gap. I always get nervous shopping at stores like the Gap (mainstream stores that don’t sell plus sizes in store) because I never actually know if I’ll fit their largest size. This time I was lucky enough to fit into this super cute top.
*I generally wear a size 16/18 and I’m wearing an XL.
I threw the top on with my old pair of mom jeans I bought at Target a few season ago. God bless a high rise.
Since, it got way too cold way too fast in NYC I paired it with my black pea coat from Old Navy and my go to pair of black booties.
